inter prover , moulding , final prover , oven , depanner and cooling tunnel .
Point s to keep in mind while planning for bread plant layout
- Mixer with dough elevators or gravity tipping
- Final prover loading manual or automatic
- Oven to be either tunnel type or swingtray as per requirement
- Oven Loading to be manual or automatic
- Cooling tunnel to have atleast 2- 3 hours cooling time .
- Ventilation of the baking hall
