FORKLIFT

Forklift  are best suited for factory where there is mass production in tune of 1000tons or more .
These forklifts are used to load or unload container . Forklift could be categorised by
fuel .  Forklift   lifts  the entire pallet with load depending capacities they can handle  weights upto  
2.5 ton -  5.0 ton in general . Higher capacities are also available

PALLET TRUCKS

Pallets trucks  are  used to transfer laods from production halls to  ware house or  carry raw
material from stores to production hall .It can also be used to shift  heavy equipments .
These pallets  can be of different width  with  regard to pallet size. pallets with  double wheel are
made for better balance .Pallets are operated through hydraulic mechanism.







TROLLEYS

Numerous types are used to carry raw material  or mixing /cream bowls from preparation area to
mixers or cream pump. Trolleys  are also used in  bakeries to keep loaves for cooling .It could
either be fabricated or could be bought pre- fabricated









HYDRAULIC  LIFTING MACHINE

These  type of equipments are required to lift heavy equipments  like rollers ,moulders and cutter
from one plece to another .It could be static or mobile as per the requirement.





ELECTRIC HOIST

Other options to move heavy items in bakeries is to have electric hoist  for various application
.these  can  be controlled by remotes .





MOTORISED CONVEYOR

Motorised conveyors are most used material handling equipment in bakery plants, these can be
used for   transporting   trays  , cartons into container ,  finished products  etc.Main  item is a motor
and speed variator or Frequency  drive .


SWIVEL CONVEYOR




This kind of conveyors are used for loading container  where  forklifts are not available . The rollers
are  connected through  hinges  and swing in any  direction
