EXTRUDER , ROUT PRESS AND WIRE CUT
These categories of products can be manufactured starting from single machine to
3 way extrusions. The basic unit consists of two grooved rolls which extrudes the dough through set of dies in order to give
the dough pieces their shapes .A filler block is inserted between the rolls and the die plate in order o equalise dough
distribution across the width an provide optimum weight control .The basic mechanism is configured as rout press .A wire cut
mechanism can be added for production of plain wire cut or products wih inclusions .Rout press products are cut by means
of a guillotine cutter positioned before or after he oven ,,depending on the type of final products to be obtained .By adding
crimping device ,soft centre
cookies can be formed where the centre filling can be jam or cream .Fruit bars can be cut before or after the oven depending
on the final product to be obtianed .We can have arrangement for two different filings by putting up two differen hoppers
