    boxes over wrapped .It has been observed that manufacturer go for over wrapping
    packets


  • Printing can be reduced to minimum  panel size on primary as well as on secondary
    packing
vendors can be asked to provide  pre printed boxes  .


  • Universal Packs -Common  packaging material for all the locations  with common  
    information.

Few manufacturer still order for different packaging  material   for their different locations which
increases the cost .

  • Using automated packing machine  with autofeeders and Dual line with Dual  sealing
    arrangement  increase the packing efficiencies
